Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your home goods in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us without damage.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
